If I get an HD PVR with Cogeco, do I automatically get the HD Channels, 700 and up?

I am with Cogeco and I am getting an HD PVR this week, I have the
HDTV, so I am wondering if I will automatically get the HD Channels
with are 700 up, according to the Cogeco website, or do I have to
order them separately? Right now with the Standard reciever I just
have the regular channels 2-79 and a few other odd ones.
